My agent Chase at Connor Grace Allstate was amazing in helping me choose the right coverage. He took time to explain coverage to me, did not over sell, and made sure I understood everything I was agreeing to prior to pushing me to sign up for any insurance with them. In the end I felt safe and confident with my coverage AND saved a lot of money from the previous company I was with. Since then I’ve even received follow up phone calls from Chase to make sure I called my mortgage company to have them do a reanalysis of my escrow to ensure that my monthly mortgage payments went down. Superb service! I’m hoping the rates and the customer service maintain this high quality I’ve experienced as I stay here with Allstate. Thank you! Emily
