  A Truly Exceptional Public Adjuster Team Brown O’Haver did a terrific job for me back in 2020, and the experience was so positive that I’ve recommended them ever since. They are exactly what they say they are — “adjusters for the insured.” They fight for you, they communicate clearly, and they make a stressful process feel manageable. I recently referred my mother to them, and even though her claim isn’t the biggest, they’ve treated her with the same care, respect, and attention they gave me. That says everything about their integrity and how they run their business. A special thank you to Dan Larsen, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout the process — patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping our family.   We cannot thank Dan enough for everything he did to help us with a water damage claim for our rental property in Arizona. Before we reached out to him, our insurance claim had already been denied, and we felt overwhelmed and discouraged by the entire process.   I found myself in a situation where my home suffered extensive damage. I tried dealing with my home insurance on my own and they ghosted me. My claim seemed hopeless. Having hired Dan in the past, I conctacted him with hesitation, thinking my case was imposible. He was willing to give it a shot and fought relenslestly for months. He is an expert and knows the ins and outs of the insurance business and their unethical practices. He has sucessfully handled two claims and I would recommend him to anyone who is going through trouble with their insurance not wanting to follow through with the policy benefits. If it wasn't for Dan I would be in a much undesirable situation.

  Dan is hands down the most thorough, reliable, knowledgeable and kindest Public Adjuster we have worked with. Our home flooded while we were away and thanks to a neighbor who noticed water pouring out of our house, alerted us and immediately we searched for an public adjuster. Brown-O'Haver came up as highly recommended and we contacted them. Within minutes Dan organized a crew to get to our house all while we were enroute back home. 3 hours later we arrive home and the crews were all over working, drying out the water, spraying for mold, moving everything from the house outside and meticulously boxing our stuff up for storage. For 10 months Dan worked with our insurance company who failed at taking care of our claim. We are so grateful for Dan's thorough review of the insurance claim and professional disposition having to deal with the insurance company's lack of attention that included the assigned adjuster who disappeared for months while our family was displaced having no idea when we would get back home. Dan was there every step of the way crossing t's, dotting i's and making sure every part of damage was accounted for and paid appropriately. Highly recommend!
