  I had a great experience working with Joseph at Allstate. He made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got the best coverage at a great rate. Communication was excellent, and he was always responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend Joseph if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with!

  The Worst Customer Service. When you need answers, they aren't there. I have National General Ins. (NG)on my RV, which is provided by this office. Two weeks ago, I had an accident outside a small town in Utah. My RV was towed, no means of transportation, no car rental office within 60 miles, and my home was 220 miles away. What were my options? I called this office at 4:30 on a Friday and got voicemail. The tow company gave me a ride to a hotel. My only means of travel was on foot. I called a second time and got voicemail. I called NG accident phone number and was told that no information could be given to me reference "my options". An adjuster would have to speak with me about my situation. NG contacted me FIVE days after the accident, and this office has not contacted me after two weeks.. This office wants your money and usually they get it for doing very little.. When I needed answers, they failed completely. I doubt if I'll get a refund from them for not doing their job!! I received a response from Allstate: Lame Excuses It seems that companies that show no customer service, attempt to cover up their actions by using bad excuses. Representatives of the company usually say," we're sorry",or "we're really busy". Some how to them, those weak words takes care of the situation. In my situation, Allstate indicated that they called twice and received my voicemail. Allstate did not leave a message either time. HELLO, by leaving a message would have indicated some type of positive customer service support. Note: my call history indicated no calls from Allstate. Here's a thought Allstate; voicemail and email are used to leave messages. You did not take advantage of either. Instead, you used lame excuses to justify bad customer service. I think the bad practices of Allstate and a lot of other companies, should stop with all unproductive use of excuses. Instead of saying,"I'm sorry". Just say" we're using excuse #1 today". Be professional or get out of the business..
