- DHDan HFeb 8, 20263.0Allstate is great except for the excessive rate increases I get hit with every year. I already receive some significant discounts, I'm a good customer and pay my car insurance in full every term. I've had no claims, I'm a retired disabled Veteran living on a fixed income. Big corporations like Allstate have little concern for their customers economic situations. Every time there is a rate increase, that means less food or necessities.
- GLGreg LazuliJan 17, 20231.0This Allstate agency in Arizona messed everything up with me. The only thing they were successful at was taking my money. They wrote my name wrong on my auto policy. They didn't notify my car loan company of the policy change which became an issue. When I gave them the agency name, they wrote the number down wrong and had to call me back. (Have you ever done this before?) They signed me up for drivewise which I didn't want, and I have a witness to testify for it. When I called them on 1.17.23 to cancel drivewise they said they did, but I asked for which account because they were being very vague and they said my partner's name! They were going to make changes to another persons account on an incorrect assumption. One person had the audacity to email me accusing me of not being professional. I think I will sue your agency for the many instances you failed to do your job correctly. You are all extremely incompetent and dangerous. Your business will end soon, because none of you care.
