  Kelly did a fantastic and thorough job on setting up insurance for home/auto. She was very patient with dozens of questions that I asked, and in just a short amount of time had everything setup. It was a great experience to speak to someone in person across the desk.

  Kelly Newell… where do I even start?! In nearly 30 years of being a Farm Bureau Insurance customer, I have never had an agent do for me what Kelly has done in the short time I’ve been under her care. She is prompt, dependable, reliable, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond. Before Kelly, I had less than enjoyable experiences with two different agents, to the point that I was seriously considering leaving Farm Bureau altogether. I needed someone who would actually work for me and my business and then Kelly came along, and everything changed! She has walked me through stressful situations like filing claims, reviewing life insurance options, and getting a trust put in place. She has even caught things that were covered under my policies that I never would have known about otherwise, saving us a significant amount of money in the process. She has filed claims for me, helped fast-track them when needed, checked in on me during storms, and even taken the time to check on me personally. What stands out most is that Kelly doesn’t make you feel like just another policy number. She is proactive, thoughtful, incredibly hardworking, and someone I know I can count on. Her level of service and dedication is simply unmatched. Staying with Farm Bureau and putting both my personal and business insurance in Kelly’s hands has absolutely been the right decision. If you’re looking for an insurance agent who feels more like a personal assistant, advocate, friend, and someone who actually gets things done? Kelly Newell is your gal. I truly cannot say enough good things about her and highly recommend her!

  Kelly is absolutely phenomenal. She goes above and beyond. She always responds back in a timely manner, over explains because I’m younger and don’t understand the ins and outs of it. I also bug her a lot but she never complains or is annoyed like some other. I’m truly grateful to have her as my insurance carrier. Kelly has made me feel at ease and makes sure I get all the possible discounts I qualify for. I have the tracker for my car, who really loves those. The one downfall is me having to manually put I wasn’t driving or a passenger but I’m glad I’m able to make that option as well. If you’re looking for new insurance, look no more. Kelly is your person and you need to make the switch. It will be your best decision, I promise. Thank you so much Kelly!

  Kelly is a breath of fresh air. She educated me on how policies work and had my best interest in mind. She’s very hands on and cares. I highly recommend her.

  Kelly Newell of Farm Bureau Financial got me homeowners' insurance on my manufactured home. No one came close to matching her price. And her customer service is the absolute best...! Bravo....!!!
