  I've had my home & auto coverage with Teri for many years. She is extremely responsive & their equipment breakdown coverage is a lifesaver! I've had to file a few claims and the process could not have been easier. Everyone at Farm Bureau was great to work with.

  One of the greatest things is not having to worry about my policy. If there are any changes or improvements that can be made, Teri contacts me...I don’t have to seek out ways to save money or figure out what changes are being made. Good feeling knowing I’m completely covered at a fair price. Thanks Teri and FBFS! We appreciate it!

  Hello! I am writing to say that I am so impressed with the residential breakdown equipment coverage by farm bureau!! We have lived in our home for 2 years and the ac has gone out both summers. The first time it went out we went through our home warranty (forgetting we had coverage through farm bureau) and it was a nightmare! We had a 5 month old baby and we all had to stay in the master bedroom for over 5 days with a window unit my husband picked up before someone finally came out to fix it. The guy said it should be replaced but there was no way the warranty company was gonnna pay for that. So fast forward to this summer and sure enough, it goes out again. I text my amazing agent Teri and she sent me the info within minutes to get things going. We had a brand new unit installed within the week and could have had it practically next day but we were leaving on vacation anyway. The ac company that they use was really easy to work with and super accommodating. They took care of everything while we were on vacation! Farnsworth ac. We are actually going to be getting some duct work done by them also. I highly recommend getting this coverage! They cut me a check with no hassle whatsoever. I cancelled my home warranty that same week. :)
