The problem was that company no longer wanted to insure homes in this area because of increased wildfire danger. I called around to several other local agencies, all of whom told me their companies would not take risks of issuing a new home policy in my area. When I called Keith Majors, he assured me he could find a good policy with a good company. He visited my property several times. I now have a policy, similar to my old one, and slightly less expensive. Thanks Keith
