  This is my third time working with Freeway Insurance, and unfortunately, this last experience will be my last. I have never had a problem with them until now. On August 13, I purchased an insurance policy for $297.70 but ended up not needing the coverage. I requested a refund, and they only refunded me $50 while trying to hold the rest of my money. I have been calling for two weeks trying to get this issue resolved. The supervisor, Michael in Sales in California, was very rude. When I asked for the corporate number, he even gave me the wrong number. After finally getting the correct corporate number, they were just as useless. They did not take my complaint or make any effort to help resolve this situation. After being a customer multiple times, I am extremely disappointed with how I have been treated. I just want the rest of my refund and for someone to properly address this issue. This experience has definitely made me reconsider ever doing business with Freeway Insurance again.

  En sábado solo atiende 1 agente, y hay 6 clientes en espera, tardan más de 1 hora en que te puedan atender

  Nos atendieron muy bien muy amables y sobre todo buscan las mejores opciones te ayuda en todo momento el personal :)
