  So this was my first place to to look for a home/auto quote. I typed in my request on their website and Dakota called me within 2 minutes! When I explained what I was looking for, he got right into it! He was friendly and engaging, explaining every detail of my quote in a way I could easily understand. Auto quote sold me; but the home was a little high so I told him I'd call him back when I decided to. Not even ten minutes later, he called me and, with the aid of a coworker, found how he could get me a better rate. The fact he still went out of his way to make it work for me financially spoke to me about his person. So, here I am signed up with auto and home with someone who speaks to me like a friend and not a customer. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

  Joan was so very thorough, friendly and so personable. She was able to save us $901 and our coverage is better than what we had with our prior carrier. And the best part? Being able to talk to an actual person that I can look in the eyes and not some remote agent in Chicago who knows nothing about my home State of Arkansas
