    I misplaced my State Farm check that would be paying for my roof replacement. I did not know this until the roofer was in front of me requesting his money. I called and spoke with Kendra at State Farm. She was wonderful! Her kindness shined throughout the phone call. She walked me step by step in correcting my mistake. Her customer service was truly above and beyond. We all struggle from time to time, there is nothing better than kindness and great customer service in those moments. 5 out of 5. Kendra is a rock star!

    Called from dealership on Saturday morning phone went to 800 line but immediately received return call from Sheila. She quickly and happily added our new vehicle and removed the old . She also answered multiple questions and offered me additional services I had not considered. Team Alex is the best!!

    Will not return calls. My son's truck has been in shop 10 months and they refuse to fix it correctly. Have made multiple phone calls and emails..NO ANSWER.. just left on hold ETERNALLY. Fixing to go sit in his office until we get answers. I co signed for the truck. Very poor business practice. Will not return the shop owners calls or emails either. Claims won't tell us what we need.

    We were loyal customers for 14 years. Carried State Farm for all our vehicles and properties. Our commercial roof was damaged by hail last year and they denied the claim. We even had photos and video of the storm and five commercial roofers attest to the cause of damage. We paid for the repairs out of pocket. Very disappointed in how this agency has changed. We have cancelled all our policies with them. I hope all the folks involved don't have to experience what they put us through these last 14 months.
