I can’t say enough good things about my insurance agent Mel. He went above and beyond to help me with my insurance needs and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. My husband and I had what felt like a million questions, and he took the time to answer every single one without ever making us feel like a burden.
His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their clients and is willing to go the extra mile. Mel at DJ Motley State Farm took time to learn what my needs were for auto, home, life and vacation property. He stayed on top of multiple policies, while transitioning from my previous courier whom I’d been with for 24 years. Mel communicates very well, and answered my questions, making everything easy to understand. Mel cultivates the relationship that is meaningful and not transactional, as he actually works for his clients and not just selling extra ads on riders or policies. I value and appreciate the professionalism and follow up as he handled my families policy transitions to State Farm. I definitely recommend Mel and DJ, as he too was awesome, he made sure that we had the correct coverages for flood insurance at another property and assisted the process as well. I am so glad that I followed up on a marketing mailer to my snail mail and found better coverage, cheaper rates, and made new friends in the process. Thank you again.
