My home was burglarized on a Friday evening or sat morning I tried all day sat and all day Sunday to get in touch with someone no return calls , on Monday morning I called bobby McLaughlin s office just (secretary) told me he was busy. I hung up and contacted Allstate by email and was pleasantly surprised to have a very nice adjuster assigned to me . I will never again use Bobby Mclauglin and will be contacting a new Allstate agent as soon as my claim is completed by Allstate. I want everyone to know not to expect any help from Bobby McLaughlin , I have been a customer of the Allstate trussville for over 6 years please be aware you will get no help from him signed Patricia shelnutt
