I had my truck-bed tonneau top ripped off my Ford F-150! Crista a claims agent at the State Farm Talladega Insurance agency that is headed up by Sheila Curtis immediately got engaged and involved in assisting me in filing a claim to get a replacement Tonneau top for my Ford F-150 truck! Literally in 24 hours her and the other State Farm claims employees had my claim processed and approved! Crista was in frequent contact with me keeping me updated! She displayed a high level of professionalism and exemplary customer service! It was such a positive and stress free experience and really made me feel great about State Farm bring our sole insurer for our home insurance and our autos! The customer service was awesome from start to finish! I've had State Farm Auto insurance for the past 50 years and this was only the second claim I had ever filed with State Farm!
