  Had a very good conversation with the claim agent on the recent claim I had she calmed my nerves down and let me know that they were here for me to help me anyway they can and I hope that I stay with y'all at the insurance company thanks again for the professional courteous service

  We are pleased with the help received. Is there a policy that would cover normal storm damage due to wind. Basically anything short of a hurricane?
