  Hi.my name is daniel,I had a policy with all state.when i signed up with all state, I was set up on auto draft,the policy wasn't even that great to begin with, i hadn't heard from them..no email, no regular mail, no texts,..heck..id of excepted smoke signals..I was at the auto part store, and I forgot how to retrieve my proof of insurance with all state.just incase I got pulled over or something,I wanted to be prepared. So I called alstate for a lil tech support. I called them,they informed me that they canceled my policy 3 months prior to the call ..no email,text,or anything..I was driving 3 months without insurance..why? Failed to pay,while on auto pay.?why didnt they atleast call me? I was still in the auto parts store parkingot and i didnt want to driv3 without insurance, i started calling all the insurance company's online.progessive,.. to ..I dont remember all the different co.panys..some very well known..some that werent..every quote was high I drive an 88 s10..ive put a bit of money in it..ok alot of money..i love my truck..it was one owner..i got it from my ex father inlaw him n my mother inlaw had past, so it has sentimental memory's of him.i needed insurance to protect his truck..so insurance was important to me..then I remembered a text message from state farm from Dasha,so I reached out. Dasha was so easy.to talk too...very professional and informative, it was a easy process..i told her what I wanted..i haven't had a ticket,accident,no dui..my record is clean. And alot of insurance company's won't give me full coverage because it was over 10 yrs old...state farm, Dasha,did..i got full coverage, road side assistants, renters insurance, i signed up for their safe drive for a lil discount,and for other things too...,I was sure I was setting myself up for a disappointment..Thanks to Dasha I was very pleased with the quote..cheaper then anyone else I talked to..with better coverage..cheaper..let me say one more thing..everyone I talked to..that i wanted roadside assistance...all of them were saying that it only covers 2 in a six month period 3 or four in a year.Dasha informed me that it's pretty much unlimited..if I needed a tow,it's coverd for 15 miles...now if it was like 35 miles away,I pay out of pocket,but I send state farm my receipt they reimburse my money..can't get no better then that.So Dasha,I wanna thank u for protecting my truck..and everything else I added to the policy, i truely am a happy customer..TY again for your help.

  Laci Kilgore helped with lowering my property insurance. She was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an insurance agent, she puts her customers first! 5 stars!! She goes the extra mile and I am forever grateful.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Kathy Powell’s State Farm office, especially Kathy and her assistant, Elizabeth. I was rushing to get out of town and needed to update my payment information for multiple policies spread across three different states. Elizabeth handled everything with incredible professionalism, patience, and efficiency. She made sure every payment was updated correctly, emailed confirmations right away, and gave me complete peace of mind before I left on my trip. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure everything is taken care of, but Elizabeth did exactly that. She went above and beyond, and her kindness and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful situation completely worry-free. Thank you, Elizabeth, and thank you, Kathy, for building such an outstanding team. Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized.
