  I called to ask about setting up an account. The first representative was excellent, polite, professional, and very helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the licensing agent was the opposite. After asking a few basic questions, she told me they couldn't provide the coverage I was looking for. I said that was fine and started asking a couple of follow up questions, but she ended the call while I was still speaking. I understand if the company couldn't offer the coverage I needed, but ending the call before a customer finishes speaking is unprofessional. Even if you can't help someone, taking a moment to answer their questions is still part of good customer service.
