  If I could give 0 stars I would. This office does nothing to support their customers. I had an incident with my condo and these folks were unsupportive, unhelpful, and left me to figure things out on my own. They also did not refund me appropriately based on my date of cancellation and I had to follow up to ensure it was handled. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I switched to Leslie Kelly Statefarm in Phenix City AL and have been MUCH more supported while having a lower premium.

  I left Allstate years ago because of constant increases. Decided to give them another chance and prices were very good for a while but then the auto coverage just got too expensive. I swapped auto insurance to another company and kept my homeowners with Allstate. I was informed that I would lose the bundle discount, which was $197 per year but I was saving over $200 a month with my new auto policy. A year later my home owners coverage went up $764. That is 38.6% increase, almost 40% with no notice. Tuten ins claimed inflation and upping my coverage were the causes for the increase. I didn’t ask for increased coverage at all they did this on their own. It also took 2 phone calls and 2 days for someone to call me back. When they did call back I was informed that I could save on my homeowners by bundling my policies. My policy will be up in a couple months and I’ll be transferring then. I will definitely not recommend Tuten or any other Allstate rep to anyone. For those that have them and decide to stay, I strongly advise keeping an eye on your rates. They can and will change without notice

  This company is notorious for denying roof claims! My rate went up every year I was with them but didn't authorize repair for anything. RUN!

  Every year, without fail prices go up for House and Car insurance. No Tickets / No Accidents or Claims. Industry must reward those who are great customers! At some point, it won't be economical. We spent over the decades 100K+ insurance premiums with no claims. How about Veterans discounts too?

  Horrible experience! Allstate continued to charge me for car insurance for 7 months for a car that was totaled out by them. They blamed it on a computer system that is not sophisticated enough to detect when a vehicle is totaled out to stop charging the customer. This is ridiculous!
