  If I could leave zero stars I would. Called the Dothan location at 540p on 8/12/26 to get my new car added to my policy. Spoke with a very rude lady on the phone that hung up on me. My husband called back only to be told that she could not help him add a car to our existing policy and someone from freeway would have to call back. We are existing members already and need to drive the car we purchased but don’t want to without insurance. I called her back because I wanted to know if us agencies is different from freeway bc the number we called says it’s freeway insurance and on our insurance card it says usagencies so it’s a little confusing. She answered the phone and hung up on me 3 times. Im guessing it was too close to 6pm and she wanted to leave. This is definitely not someone that needs a job in customer service if this is how she treats customers. I would want to know if I was the owner what kind of person I had working for me.
