  Kirstin was absolutely amazing helping us get insurance set up for both of our vehicles. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process so much easier than we expected.   Everyone at Diana’s office is always so helpful and sweet. Chase called me last week and informed me that I could save hundreds on my home insurance by bundling! And he was absolutely right! At a time like this, savings are definitely needed. State Farm is awesome. Thank you!

  The local reps were ok for car insurance and able to help with that soi would give them like 3 stars here They seemed friendly and busy. In three years I've left 4 voicemails with them but only called back twice the others I would have to call back after not hearing much for a while. For roof issues they could not help at all like zero help.I had to deal with reps from Texas who were useless. I've asked for email responses since I don't have service at work but they refused to do that. The few times I have had service and was able to pick up and talked to people I've asked them to just send me an email with what was said since it was hard to hear but they either wouldn’t or told me no. After that I started to record there calls and they would refuse to talk to me. I’ve had two separate reps on the phone tell me my claim should have been covered completely but it’s up to management and they decided not to and I’m not allowed to speak to them. I’ve been told by State Farm that my repair doesn’t need to follow code requirements and only need to listen to their requirements which both of my contractors said were against code and manufacturers requirements. It makes sense they have been sued in other states for this exact kind of thing and were sued here Alabama a few years back for this.
