  We just got married. My wife's insurance is with this agency and she's been very happy with their service. I've also had State Farm, but through a different agency. We wanted to combine our lines of insurance to obtain the most comprehensive coverage and discounts. I got a message when I called, asking me to leave a message and promising a timely return call. That call came about thirty minutes later from Tracy. Getting married, moving, caring for an elderly parent, running a business, and more all at once have me worn down, but after my call with Tracy I feel a rebound. It was that satisfying to easily take another item off of my "DO NOW" list. Tracy congratulated me on the wedding and got straight to asking me for some information. Then she outlined the difference in coverage between my wife and my policies. Then she explained the differences in coverage (improved dramatically for me) and charges ($2 less a month). She sent us both a copy of the quote with instructions for what to tell my current agent to transfer my account and history when ready. She is very competent, and well spoken with her advice and suggestions. I've called so many places recently, often having to call back multiple times. This was the antidote. What can I say? It's a pleasure to do business with Stacy and Robby Rowan's State Farm insurance agency.

  Tracy was absolutely amazing in helping me get my home and auto insurance taken care of! We ran into a couple of hurdles along the way, but she was there every step of the way, keeping me updated and communicating every detail with me. She made what could have been a stressful process so much easier! I truly cannot recommend Tracy Moore enough! She is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. Recently, I experienced an issue with my local State Farm agency and contacted your office for assistance. Ms. Morgan listened patiently, treated my concerns with genuine respect, and explained everything in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner.
