    Recently switched to this company from Geico for a more inexpensive policy. I haven’t even made my first payment & I’m already regretting this! Staffing is SOOOO unprofessional and wait times are ridiculous! Rather pay more money for better customer service, so it’s safe to say, I’m returning to Geico :) The Company may care that they lost a customer but their employees sure do not. #PATHETIC

    It keeps us legal. However it's slow. Payment options are inconvenient. You have to go to the office and pay a processing fee or mail it allowing 10 business days before hand to the location in Louisiana. It they would expand their payment options and stop being Petty about processing fees they would be a better minimum coverage agency. Some days the wait in the office is excessive. Avoid Saturday or times close to common due dates if possible.
