  Sindy Caceres help me today and she did an amazing job! She found us a better insurance with a better monthly payment. She was kind and patience, and explained us everything very well! For more people like her that treat other with kindness. You never know what’s going on in people’s life’s and that definitely makes a change! Thank you!!

  I spoke Sindy today to renew my policy and she helped me for a hour finding me a new policy to get an ever lower bill then i was already paying! she was very patient and nice and helped me so much and got me a new policy and i now pay $100 less for car insurance each month!!!

  Kudos to lillian martinez zamora A manager at freeway insurance 430 Green Springs highway. She gave awesome customer service with an issue that I had with my insurance. Since May 2026, she expedited my issues within 30 minutes of me contacting the company seeking manager assistance. I had contacted the company since May 2026 When the issue arose with promises from associates that 3 additional managers will contact me back with assistant. No one never did as of today, June 27th but with a call today, Lilliana Martinez Zamora. Expedited my issue and reinstated my insurance. I wasn't please with the additional fee I had to pay because pervious managers wouldn't respond back to me but please with Lilliana knowledge of the company policies.
