A few years ago when my roof had to be replaced because of wind and weather damage, Allstate offered to help with very little of the cost. Even after 3 different adjusters were sent out and verified that the roof had in fact been damaged by wind, Allstate refused to assist in my claim. Now, this year, my auto insurance has gone up. I have had no accidents and no changes were made to my policy. I called my agent and requested some more information about why this has happened and what kind of adjustments could be made to lower my monthly payments, was told I would receive a call back within a couple hours...that was 3 weeks ago. Not happy and I will NOT be renewing.
