I have never dealt with a kinder, more patient insurance agent than Andrea Bailey. You can feel how much she cares about people through the phone. Usually phone conversations are so impersonal, robotic, and truly an aggravation. Andrea sets the bar really high for the rest of us. She makes my day better every time I speak with her.

The worse company ever I paid liability 6 months in advance than 2 month after went to full coverage they never converted me to month payment now ther is no record of me even paying the liability at all this is crazy I talk to a lady when I canceled my policy and she confirmed that I will be getting a refund now they say no they own me nothing im so mad bc thats my money.cant get a call back and they hang up on me I will be seeing a lawyer
