  I just got my insurance through Freeway over the phone and it was a super easy process. The agent Nicole helped me with a fast and easy process which was wonderful!! She was very nice and I highly recommend her as an agent to chat with about getting insurance. Thank you so much for all the help!!

  Jade in the Decatur office is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend that if you need a new policy or quote go and see Jade.

  This company is a headache, the office is hardly ever open and they can never keep any one in the office. The original ladies that were there are gone and now it's a revolving door. Went here to pay my bill and they were supposed to be back at 10 but showed up at 10:40 but they opened at 9.. it's very unprofessional in every aspect. I used to like going to pay my bill but now I don't even know if the office will be open or not. Once the office was closed for 5 months.. no explanation no nothing when I went to pay my bill there was someone in the doorway but locked the door and didn't give me any reason as to what's going on. Then when I mailed my payment I got a letter stating that my policy was late. Take my advice and go another direction when you go in the office they are very slow you will be there for an hour or more. Don't waste your time if I could give them negative one star I would. They don't deserve not one start. The company needs to do better than what they are doing. So whoever is over this branch needs to do some foot work and see how this location is treating their customers. Cause it's not a good look.
