  Mr.Damian Jackson was my renewal person for my 2 car insurance needs and he found me the best price way cheaper than what I was normally paying. Great customer service from him👏 and lovely manners as well👌. He deserves a 10 star rating but 5 is the max you can give out. Thanks Damian because you helped me more than you know when it came to savings with my finances.

  Jessica was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options. I really appreciate how patient and easy to work with she was.   I had such a great experience working with Jessica! She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me find a better insurance rate. She kept an eye out for cheaper policies for me and even took the time to call me before my current policy ended to make sure I had everything taken care of.   Rachel is the sweetest and most patient I have ever dealt with with Acceptance Insurance. I call to update my policy, and it was almost time for my renewal! Rachel found me some better rates and was super professional. We did have issues with me signing my documents, but Rachel did not give up on me! We made it work after several failed attempts! Rachel deserves a raise/promotion! 10/10 stars!! She went above and beyond!! Thanks again Rachel! Shamika J.
