  I believe the person I spoke with was Laurel (that’s who the email I received originated from) regardless after a brief hold, she got right to work getting my policy renewed. 8 minute phone call and pleasant to speak with give that girl a raise. Also, highly recommend giving this company a call in general. I’ve never had insurance rates as low as they are now and payment is always hassle free.

  As a veteran I always show respect to my fellow Americans and be polite . But OMG!!!The new office manager here at this location needs to be removed from any further public interaction. She was the most impolite, rude, condescending person I have encountered this year. I mean there are literally 1000s of insurance companies that offer identical coverage and if I choose to pay in person I shouldn't have to leave feeling like I have bothered them. This woman was a smart ass when I made a statement about them being closed July 3rd at 3pm. She pretty much called me a liar because she wasn't there and yet stated they were open. Secondly she states that there's a $5 charge to n pay my bill in person with cash. REALLY? Now I have to pay extra to pay my bill on time ? When I stated that ive never been charged before she stated....well he's supposed to charge. We'll guess what? He had never charged me extra before. So......if you want to charge me for paying my bill, I think I will just find something else. Gas prices are up, groceries are up, income doesn't increase, and insurance companies still continue to squeeze the working man even more. If these rocket scientist who figure out ways to keep getting more money instead of ways to save money society as a whole would be better off. So GOODBYE Freeway insurance.

  Allison Irvin is the absolute best! Very patient and very kind. Highly recommend her for anyone .
