  Manager Juan never did call me after I tried several times to get a hold of him. Talk to the office in Wylie Texas and Sandra said she told him and he supposed to call me back. No one called very disappointing. Not a way to run a business. I’m with another insurance company now the problem is not the insurance company is a manager and staff now working with customers it is the way they run the office FYI, if you don’t know, it’s broken you don’t know to fix it.

  I had Jay Laymun and had got put this with this allstate agency. Horrible customer service. Everytime I call I do not get any answers I need.
