- LClula cobbSep 14, 20222.0I have been with AllState so many years I canāt remember when I started. But treated in a nasty way by Griselda made me look elsewhere for insurance. I donāt know Tim Sherwood but he vouch for her and said there was a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding. She lied to me to begin with by saying I would get a discount for a new roof. I didnāt it went up. When I questioned her about it she told me that I was on old plans and then I needed you upgrade to the newer plans. That the old policies is what I needed. The whole time sheās telling me to quit yelling when Iām not saying anything but listening to her. Not sure what was going on with her at the time. But she kept telling me to quit yelling. When youāre not saying anything and she is saying that I question everything she says. Iāve talked to other people who said that yes they have had complaints about her too. But thereās nowhere to leave a complaint with AllState about her actions. Again I donāt know anything about Tim Sherwood. He did have another girl call me with a better insurance quote. Weāre Griselda just told me she was going to switch me over without telling me anything about the plan she was switching me to. I do not recommend having any dealings with her if you go into this office.
