Talked to Linda, she said let's try and see what would be best and not cost a fortune. All 3 of my vehicles are now insured for less then the price of 1 car with the lizard or Jake lol! She was very informative, no pressure, personable and when I called I was happy it was a human! Do yourself a favor and call these folks, it doesn't cost anything to shop around!! Thank you Linda!

Had it not been for her assistance, I would have likely shifted my policy to another carrier. Employees like Nidiyari are rare and truly exemplify excellent customer service — they should be acknowledged, appreciated, and held as a model of excellence within your organization. Outside of the NGIC’s automated service is ridiculous!
