I had the pleasure of speaking with Chance recently to update my policies. He was so helpful and prompt in sending my renter's policy to my leasing company.   I have never imagined moving on from my current insurance policy until I spoke to Brenda Snyder. When we initially spoke, Brenda focused on my well being and ensuring I had a great policy to go a long with it. Above all, she was very knowledgeable, transparent and followed up each time as promised. When I had questions outside business hours, Brenda stayed up to follow up with my banking representative to ensure my home buying process was smooth.
