  Ashlyn here at direct auto insurance really helped me to understand my policy issue concerns I have been with this company for 6 months plus and she is the one that explained detail information that I needed to know in its entirety thank you so much for her being in another state I really appreciate her time she spent for me to understand correctly she made me want to keep going with direct auto insurance moving forward thanks again 😊

  One of the worst insurance agencies I've dealt with. Absolutely zero accountability! Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. It's unbelievable just how many excuses these people come up with as to how they can't help you or even figure out a way to handle a simple situation. Already getting quotes from other providers I suggest looking elsewhere for insurance of any kind
