  If I could leave a negative 0, I would! They sold me a policy of liability for one day to switch to full coverage the next day, stating their system couldn’t switch that day. Did it switch, nope it stayed liability on 4 vehicles I am financing. Didn’t even add my two boys to the policy! My son three days later totals his car, now they won’t pay, nor honor what is in email chains of their mistake. Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, avoiding my calls. Won’t fix their problem. Never again will I ever deal with this office nor recommend them!

  I couldn’t agree more I intend to move my policies. I’m told the same thing he’ll call back and he never does. Must be too busy spending our money.

  STAY AWAY ! Terrible experience. I had Home & Auto policy over a year . On two separate occasions I called to make a policy change and was told I would receive a call back . Both times, never received a call back, called again to ask for a return call , never received a call back . Requested to communicate with Mr. House , never received a call back . Could you imagine if one has an actual claim ? Switched agents as soon as possible. Do not recommend !
