My account manager is Lauren Abbott, who before signing up, explained all the details to me and was very transparent. This is a local agent (Tomball area) with a great team in the office. Response to questions is quick and explicit. I would especially like to recognize one Gabriela Lee from the office staff who answers any questions I have quickly and concisely. I always deal locally when I can because the service is much better.
