  I requested a quote for auto insurance online because SF was raising my premiums. I wasn't expecting much but gave it a shot. Dylan with Allstate gave me a call and spent 30+ minutes going over my existing policy and what Allstate can offer. I ended up saving $421 on my auto policy with more coverage and lower deductibles. When it was time for my homeowners to renew I decided to see what Dylan could offer. BOOM! $1,120 a year less for more coverage and better deductibles again. I also got a refund check for adding homeowners and getting a multi-policy discount. I will 100% make Dylan with Allstate my first call for everything insurance related. Very friendly, spends as much time as needed to make sure you are getting the most for every dollar you spend. I've always heard agents say, "we care about you", and I never believed it, until now. Thank you Allstate for offering the policies and thank you Dylan for saving me thousands of dollars and caring!

  Yesterday we met with Jorge Sapien to look at changing our insurance policies. He was very nice to visit with and really answered all of questions. Very knowledgeable at what he does. We did move our vehicles and home insurance over to Allstate. I wish other agents could learn from him. Thanks

  I have all my insurance through Allstate auto home motorcycle. I appreciate how well they handle everything with the ease. The app has provided. Makes things a lot easier so thank you.

  Sara Hernst was kind, friendly, and wonderful to work with. She set up my auto insurance exactly as I wanted it and explained everything as she was setting it up.

  I had a bad experience with Sarah Ernst today. I called to make minor adjustments to my Allstate policies. Sarah was very unprofessional and rude. Sarah kept yelling at me and it became unbearable to continue the conversation with her. Sarah Ernst also changed my phone number on my Allstate account without my permission which is unethical and against the law. The phone number that Sarah added to my Allstate policies is not my phone number. I'm very upset that someone who works for Julie Alvarenga would compromise my Allstate account by adding a phone number that's not associated with me. I called back a few hours later and spoke with Kasandra Lopez. Kasandra was very professional, courteous, and attentive. It was quite obvious the moment she answered the phone I knew I was going to be in good hands. Kasandra Lopez is truly amazing and she provided excellent customer service. I've dealt with Selvin in the past but he no longer works for Allstate. Selvin was great as well. Thank you so much Kasandra Lopez for making things right and making me feel like a valued Allstate customer for over 10 years. 👌
