- PEPam EllisJul 13, 20175.0I have been with Mr. Maddox for 20+ years. The only issue I have had is last year I filed for the first time ever a claim on my Homeowners policy. They were not very pleasant but it was done. I had paid approximately $110 a month and it was raised to over $150!!! Mr. Maddox never even let me know. I just felt like I should have been warned. Otherwise he and his staff are wonderful! I recommend him to everyone I know
