  Shame on yall for contracting sub contractors who don't haver the tools necessary to compete the roadside assistance. Waited over 2 hours for a tire change and was told he didn't have the tools to change the tire when allstate asked me if I had it and I said yes. The allstate representative was in another country and was no help.
