  I wanted to leave a review for Ms. Kendra Heath for the excellent service she provided today. She was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable about home and auto insurance products. When I called to renew my policies, she was able to provide exactly what I needed. She took the time to guide me through both of my policies, clearly explaining everything and helping me understand my options. She also helped identify and remove unnecessary coverage, which lowered my premium while still maintaining very strong benefits. Allstate and Chris Hatfield officie is very fortunate to have an agent like Ms. Heath representing their company. I truly appreciate her outstanding service. Lan C.

  Olivia is super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She quoted me for a couple of years and unfortunately came back too high. This year I asked her to check again and the prices were much more competitive so it made sense to switch my homeowners and auto back to Allstate. She answered all of my questions and even helped me cancel the other policies. It’s a huge benefit to have an actual rep and I’m happy to be back with Allstate and to have a person I know and can call of if I need anything. I would highly recommend letting Chris and Olivia give you a quote if you are shopping around!

  Overall the interview regarding my home and car insurance bundle was handled well. However when we got to final closing details, I found the agent had been quoting the cost based on an in vehicle tracking device that would monitor my driving. I do not ever and have never wanted that in my vehicle. So she had made an assumption without including it in the interview. You have to be so careful. I felt like it was me again Allstate again trying to get my roof replaced...which took 3 years and cost me over $5,000!

  We moved to Texas recently and needed to transfer our insurance to a local agent, and these guys were great! I worked with Lauren, who was friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy for us. I was very impressed with her knowledge, and all the excellent recommendations she presented. Very happy we found this agency!
