  Mrs. Lavonne (Margaret) is such a genuine soul. We had the pleasure of being connected with her while shopping for insurance a few weeks ago. She understood our needs, and she listened to us. In the world today, that may not seem like a big deal, but it was beautiful to feel and know that someone cared. At the time, we were not ready to purchase, but after deliberation, we called back and were able to speak with Mrs. Lavonne again. I appreciate that she gave us her direct line, and she remembered us and was still so very patient. We look forward to working with her and gaining much-needed wisdom in the near future. <3
