- DSDave SnavelyFeb 11, 20264.0The insurance agency did great, very patient. The mechanics of getting Allstate engaged are a little cumbersome - rates not the best but I purchase with a high value on customer service, haven't had a negative with them yet.
- SEShannon EndsleyDec 24, 20251.0I have been with Allstate for 25 years. I was involved in accident that was no fault of my own and my SUV was totaled. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. I am not going to go into details because I would need to write a book on what happened. All you need to know is if you’re with Allstate or are considering Allstate stop…..step away…. and go anywhere else. Don’t wait til you need them to find out what a nightmare it can be. Like I said my husband and I have been with them for 25 years. Our house, vehicles, and recreation vehicles all with Allstate. Well today after 25 years we walked away. We canceled our insurance and went to another company. I hope this helps someone else, so that they don’t have to go through the nightmare we went through. Do better Allstate! You should value your loyal customers!
