- MSMark Stover4 days ago1.0This has to be one of the worst agencies ever. I sold my home and moved. They told me to buy now even though I was not moving in for 6 weeks to avoid the rate increase. They sold me the home owners policy, but put the wrong dates. When i caught it they had to cancel the policy and sold me a new policy at the higher rates. This was totally Nora’s mistake, but it could not be fixed. What makes this worse is Allstate charges you 10% more on your first payment. I incurred that twice! I asked to speak to Marcy or Curt and they never returned my call even after Nora sent me two emails saying they would. I shopped my insurance somewhere else and saved over $1000 per year. When I called and canceled my coverage with Allstate, Nora told me they have new lower rates and would I like a quote. My immediate thought was why didn’t you call me first to save me the money you cost me before? Curt Thomas Cilio agency and their employees are terrible. The customer service is horrendous. I should have left sooner instead of being a loyal customer.
