  When I received a letter from the office of Krystal Davis-Francis, I called to ask for a quote on Home Insurance. I had a chance to talk to Ms. Diana Trinidad. It was a nice and pleasant talk with her as she was friendly and thorough. I was glad that Diana was prompt in providing the quotes for me to consider after I let her know my choices by texting me immediately the results. I praise her professional knowledge as she gave a good presentation and explanations on some issues. I ended up accepting the coverage for my home with Allstate and also the transfer of my current car coverage with another company that will expire soon. Thank you Diana for your kind assistance.   Simply the best! Thanks Phyllis Not only did I get the absolute best value for money with Allstate with my auto & home combo coverage (I literally saved up to a thousand dollars), I DEFINITELY got MORE value for money with the service of one of their agents/managers, Phyllis. I was caught in the middle of a mix-up between two of my old insurance companies and my mortgage company. Phyllis jumped in and helped me detangle the chaotic web, spent time making numerous calls on my behalf to the three agencies, and quite literally became my advocate to ensure everything went smooth. I was/am definitely "in good hands" with Phyllis "with Allstate" !
