  John Dyches is awesome, he has helped me with multiple policies and will always explain everything he is doing and makes it easy to understand. not to mention he gave me suggestions and ensures that the policy you are getting is the best bang for your buck as well as makes sense for your needs. will continue to use Shane Oliver for my Motorcycles, Vehicles, House, Rental property, and camper. Great service!

  I have had Allstate on and off for many years. Sadly this office dosen't allow you to speak to Shane I've asked when I have had different questions and been told he's not available. It's to bad because he's a nice guy and would prefer to deal with him I have experienced not so good response from his representatives.

  Johnny was so helpful. Went over our house inside and out. Got the lay out of each room all over the phone. Also quoted a full coverage policy for our car for just slightly higher than our current state liability coverage. I would recommend this agent to all my friends and family.
