  Erika was extremely patient and helpful in assisting my husband and I choose a new health insurance plan for our family. We are both self employed, so we are somewhat limited on plans since we don’t have options through an employer. We had been on a marketplace plan for years, which was fine, and cost effective for having a baby. However, the monthly premium was going up by over $400. We decided another child was something we would wait on so Erika was able to find us a health care plan basically for “low risk” people with no health concerns that saved us $700 a month since the other plan was due to go up. We rarely go to the doctor unless we are sick which is also rare so this plan was perfect for our needs. We were very close to the deadline for marketplace insurance when we found out the monthly premium was going up, so we were quite scattered and short on time to find new options. Erika was quick and straight to the point with options that would suit our needs and she even guided me in setting up a backup plan while the approval for new insurance was still pending past the deadline. This way we would not go uninsured. We were very impressed. Erika was thorough in answering any questions or concerns we had, she was excellent with her communication, her knowledge and confidence in the business is what led us to choose her as our health care broker over others that were recommended. I would highly recommend Erika.
