I would like to extend my gratitude to Angie Espinal for her exceptional service and knowledge. She answered all my questions and ensured I received all my documents while she remained on the line. Ms. Espinal showed empathy, professionalism and kindness. If I could give her 10 stars I would for the white glove service that I received!
My first year with Kevin Trinh and his Allstate team was fine, but the second year was a completely different experience.
Without any notification, my premium was automatically significaly increased ( I Mean A LOT) and I was never informed about the renewal or the changes. I emailed Kevin three times with questions about the increase and lack of communication, but he completely ignored my messages. Instead, I received automated emails, including a birthday greeting and offer to buy life insurance, while critical matters were left unresolved.
I terminated their services due to poor communication and failure to provide necessary documents and updates. Brokers shoud act as intermediaries to secure policies and keep clients informed, and this team did not fulfill those responsibilities.
