Without any notification, my premium was automatically significaly increased ( I Mean A LOT) and I was never informed about the renewal or the changes. I emailed Kevin three times with questions about the increase and lack of communication, but he completely ignored my messages. Instead, I received automated emails, including a birthday greeting and offer to buy life insurance, while critical matters were left unresolved. I terminated their services due to poor communication and failure to provide necessary documents and updates. Brokers shoud act as intermediaries to secure policies and keep clients informed, and this team did not fulfill those responsibilities.
