The staff was rude and clueless, calling me for information they should already have. The worst part was the money. I was hit with a two title insurance policy and other survey hidden fees at closing and was told to pay almost 1900 of fees they didnt even mention and said you already signed on the contract and we will not split it with the buyer, so if you are a seller expect to pay for things you are unaware off, you will find out on the closing. To top it all off, they took forever to send my money after the sale, even though it was a simple wire transfer. Save yourself the stress and money. Over all is not recommended, and poor service
