  After 16 years with Allstate, three homes, car, Life Insurance policy, flood Insurance policies, i made claims for windstorm and hail damage starting with 2017. The claim was denied because the roof “was still new and looking good”. The roof was 17 years old. After three more years and many other hail and windstorms that damaged the exterior wall because of water infiltration, I was completely denied to renew the insurance policy for the house with damages and advised to fix the roof myself because the roof is old ! What a joke! BE AWARE ! You might think this agency is great, I did the same mistake but wait until you make a claim and then you’ll see the real value of this agency! I will fix the roof, of course but I will tell everybody my experience with this agency and for sure, I will leave it! Another agency might like to receive from me 10 k every year! The staff is helpful and nice but the agency management and Allstate policy in general, are a disaster and a scam!
