Ron and his staff have been awesome to work with. We've been with Allstate for a long time - across 7 states - and Ron has been the best agent we've worked with so far. Very friendly, very responsive, good customer service, easy to reach. I highly recommend.

Instead he bombarded me with questions that had no relevance to the payment. Out of the three years I've been visiting Allstate locations to make payments I've never encountered anyone like this. If you live in this area please stay away from this place. Unprofessional and rude.
