Unfortunately, that’s not the case and none are held accountable for their lack of professionalism. Mark Francis has set up his business and those he’s chosen to work with to achieve the best results for his customers. This is how insurance should work, beneficial to both agent and costumer. Couldn’t be happier with the choice I’ve made. Mark Francis and co-workers are a rare find in today’s non-existent costumer service era. They have no competition.
