  This Louis, Lois passed 6 yrs ago. I want thank Dorothy for her help in helping me cut my cost in half. I've been with this Allstate office for over 30 yrs, now on SSC having to restructure my finances. Thank you again Dorothy!!

  Warning: take you business elsewhere. They will report you to debt collectors and try to ruin your credit history. Tell us the details about your complaint: Allstate is requesting $37.50 from me for a discount on the auto policy they gave me after I paid in full. They are wrong for asking for that back as I emailed the owner, Ryan on 5/27/2025. I used the policy for the 6 month period that I paid for and they are demanding I pay them on the discount for that policy. That is plain wrong. I paid my policy in full and cancelled early because I changed my status from owner to landlord. I was bundled with auto and home. I should be getting a prorated refund. Allstate did send me a refund check. Now, they want $37.50 back, claiming it’s for a retroactive penalty tied to the discount. However, that discount was valid during the period both policies were active, so their logic is flawed. Not being charged a retroactive penalty for a discount I already qualified for is what I’m disputing. Their representative Jonathan Monzon claimed that I don’t understand how discounts work, and that “this could have been a simple conversation like we used to have prior” — but that’s not the point. I already submitted an email to Ryan, one of the agency owners, with my cancellation request in writing. I also paid in full for both policies from the start. I am reporting them for this. I do not owe $37.50
